Biodiesel Plants

Energy Alternative Solutions, Inc. opened its first biodiesel plant in Gonzales, California in December 2006. The 2.5 million gallon-a-year plant will reach full production capacity by summer 2007. We also plan to open two additional plants in Northern California by the end of 2007.

Our commitment to protecting the environment extends to the construction of our plants, which are completely “green.” The plants run on a combination of solar power and biodiesel and use only one unit of energy for every 4.5 units of biodiesel they generate.
